Jeff is a clinician who strongly believes in active rehabilitation. He uses up-to-date evidence-based treatment methods to help his clients in their recovery. Jeff is proficient in manual therapy techniques and individualized exercise prescription. He continues to learn and integrate new technologies/tools into his treatments to help provide the best care for his clients. Jeff has interests in the management of: temporo-mandibular (TMJ), sacral-iliac joint (SIJ), lumbopelvic, hip/groin, hands, and general orthopaedic areas. Jeff has a Bachelors of Human Kinetics specializing in kinesiology and health sciences from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He then made a decision to go to Australia to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Post-graduation, Jeff continues to develop his skills with professional development courses. He is certified in: the Musculoskeletal Segmental & Dry needling technique (IMS needling), Level 1- Treatment of Pelvis & Lumbar spine, hip differential diagnosis & prescription, and Concussion Management. He has a long history of staying active with participation in rugby, volleyball, hockey, tennis, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and cycling. He understands the physical demands and injuries that may occur with an active lifestyle, and have the knowledge to help get people back to doing what they love quickly.
The approximate time for this visit can be upwards of 45-60 minutes dependent on the scope of the reason of your visit.
