Karthika Devi Ganesh is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Manual Osteopathy Therapist, trained in Canadian manual therapy principles. She offers gentle, hands-on treatments focused on restoring balance, mobility, and overall body harmony. Her treatment approach includes osteoporotic-safe articulations, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation, supporting clients with musculoskeletal pain, postural imbalances, restricted movement, headaches, and nervous-system–related tension. Craniosacral techniques are used to promote deep relaxation and support clients experiencing stress, anxiety patterns, migraines, and emotional fatigue. With a background as a Yoga Instructor, Karthika integrates body awareness, breath, and corrective movement to help clients maintain long-term benefits beyond the treatment session. Her practice follows a holistic, non-medical, client-centred approach, with individualized care plans tailored to each person’s needs.
