Paul is a highly skilled massage therapist with a steady and calm nature. His specialties include sports massage, deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, dynamic cupping therapy, and trigger point release. He’s been in the industry since 2013 and enjoys the daily physical and intellectual investment required to do this work. His years of acquired knowledge, along with his listening skills and attention to detail, guide him in providing the most effective massage therapy experience possible. As someone who maintains an active lifestyle himself—playing hockey, cycling, and chasing around his kid—Paul knows the importance of being able to move pain-free. His understanding of body mechanics allows him to determine the best approach to keep his clients just as mobile and active in the ways they love.
