Elizabeth Langfried is a registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Lyceum Northwestern University in the Philippines and pursued further education in Canada at Toronto Metropolitan University, formerly known as Ryerson University, in 2008. She served as an examiner for the Physiotherapy Competency Examination (PCE) in Canada during 2018. Before moving to Ottawa in 2019, Elizabeth worked in private clinics and long-term care facilities in Toronto and also gained experience working abroad. Currently, she practices in private clinics in Ottawa. Elizabeth focuses on maximizing her patients’ function and overall well-being through a range of treatments, including education, exercise therapy, manual therapy, acupuncture, taping, bracing, body mechanics, and ergonomics. She strongly emphasizes the importance of prevention in injury. She continues to pursue training in rehabilitation to further strengthen her clinical skills.
