Allison is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick in Ireland and an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University. With a strong academic foundation and a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, Allison’s approach to care is both evidence-based and deeply personal. She believes in a movement-based, patient-centred approach to rehabilitation, working closely with clients to help them return to the activities they love and improve their overall quality of life. Whether recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or aiming to enhance performance, Allison tailors each treatment plan to the individual, focusing on functional outcomes and long-term well-being. Allison has been active her entire life and draws from her own experience as a competitive dancer and partaking in different sports and activities. She enjoys Pilates, water skiing, and spending time outdoors. Outside the clinic, she loves to travel, read, and bake – always seeking new ways to stay curious, connected, and inspired.
