Ive been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015 and opened my practice in 2022. My work is rooted in evidence-based technique, grounded skill, and a genuine desire to help people feel at home in their bodies again. I specialize in customized therapeutic massage, blending multiple modalities in an intuitive way to relieve pain, unwind long-held tension, and restore function. My background in both chiropractic offices and spas shaped my style into a balance of thorough, effective bodywork and deeply relaxing, nervous-system-calming touch. Clients come to me for pain relief, but they often stay because the work goes deeper. My space is intentionally safe and nonjudgmentaltrauma-informed, energy-aware, and built for people who need a moment to exhale. Theres nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone finally break free from chronic pain, reconnect with themselves, and start seeing a future they actually look forward to. I also love witnessing the emotional and mental shifts that happen when people finally slow down and give themselves permission to rest. Outside the treatment room, Im a small business owner, wife to my partner Eric, and mom to our sweet son Ian. Im happiest spending time with family and friends, crafting with my sisters, exploring the outdoors, traveling to national parks, or playing volleyball.
