Tiffanie is a wife and mother to three! She graduated with her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Applied Health in 2015 & received her diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice in 2017. She holds a mother and baby certificate from the College of Non-Musculoskeletal Osteopathy. She has also been trained as a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer since 2013 and a Level 2 since 2023. She has been a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach since 2018, coaching at Norak CrossFit. Tiffanie’s treatments are centered around physical movement and recovery from physical injury and trauma. Her assessment and treatment approach is unique, as she blends her experience in both fields. Coming together to create recovery protocols that speak to her clients in the individual ways they need. Tiffanie is currently on maternity leave till 2025. She looks forward to continuing her journey as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to serve the community she calls home.
