Originally from the GTA, Jen graduated from CCHST in 2013. She has been in the industry helping others feel their best for over 9 years. Jen has an intuitive approach and uses a wide range of techniques including trigger point and myofascial release therapy, deep tissue, active release, relaxation techniques and homecare. Her focus is to combine therapeutic massage for pain management and improved range of motion with relaxation to ease stress. Every body has unique needs for massage therapy and Jen will work with you to customize an optimal treatment plan. In her spare time Jen enjoys spending time with her animals and going on road trips to explore new places.
