I gained my BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2015 from UWI Mona Campus in Jamaica and my DPT in 2018 from the USA. I am certified in Therapeutic and Sports Massage, Personal Training, Acupuncture and Dry needling. I use my knowledge in manual therapy and exercise prescription to assist my patients regain their function and reduce pain. I have also pursued continued professional development in the area of Public Health having completed courses including Pregnancy Rehabilitation, Acupuncture for Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor (Level 1). I am happy to be a part of the Back Into Motion team as we use our collective knowledge and experience to assist you in recovering from injuries, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions as quickly as possible.
