Hi! I’m Audrey. I am a physiotherapist who aims to help clients move with confidence, return to the activities they enjoy, and feel empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. I have certifications in Clinical Pilates and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, along with additional training in working with runners. My interests include treating those who 1) Are navigating running-related injuries. 2) Are preparing to give birth or recovering from giving birth (vaginal or cesarean births), including (but not limited to) those interested in returning to running postpartum. 3) Are experiencing incontinence and/or pelvic pain, including (but not limited to) those who are experiencing these symptoms with running. 4) Anyone interested in using a Pilates-centred approach to recover from injury or manage aches and pains. My priority is to help clients return to the activities they love while supporting their long-term health and performance. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
