She graduated from the intensive two-year Massage Therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology (OCHT) in Stoney Creek, Ontario, in 2016. As a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), Kate-Lyn is committed to delivering evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs. With a deep passion for movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, Kate-Lyn’s approach integrates Deep Tissue Massage with a strong focus on fascia therapy and functional movement.
