Jen's passion is to accompany and guide individuals through the various stages of their own evolution. She believes when the mind, body, and spirit are aligned, we can individually and collectively achieve anything and find greater peace in our everyday lives. Jen is a certified Reiki II Practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki System of Natural Healingand has been practicing Reiki since 2016. She offers one on one meditaiton services and is currently enrolled in the massage program at Anne Arundel Community College and is currently accepting practice participants to help her continue to hone her skills for her future career in massage therapy.
This massage is a personalized blend of techniques, and may include reiki, deep tissue and myofascial release, to address your unique needs, promoting balance, soothe away tension and leaving you refreshed and revitalized
