Mackenzie completed her Master of Physical Therapy at McMaster University after earning her Master’s in Kinesiology and Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University. There she worked with a multitude of varsity sports teams both on field and in the performance gym. In the last year she was happy to support the men’s lacrosse team and women’s field hockey teams at university of Guelph and is excited to continue working on the sideline with teams in the Cambridge community. Mackenzie’s approach to rehabilitation places a strong emphasis on targeted exercise and active recovery, using movement as a key tool to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Mackenzie has a special interest in treating concussion and sport injuries and enjoys working with both beginners and experienced individuals, guiding them in building strength, improving movement, and developing confidence in the gym.
