Meet Grace – RMT Welcome! I’m Grace, a Registered Massage Therapist based in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax in 2015 and have since worked in a variety of multidisciplinary clinics and spas across Toronto, ON, and Dartmouth, NS. While working at Sore Spots in Dartmouth, I was introduced to Ashiatsu (barefoot) massage—a unique technique where I use my feet and body weight instead of my hands to deliver deep, broad pressure. Ashiatsu allows for a more effective release of muscle tension, especially for those needing deeper work. Now settled into our forever home on the South Shore, I’m excited to grow my practice here in Bridgewater and offer Ashiatsu massage to the local community. I also provide cupping therapy and gua sha to help: Reduce fascial restrictions Improve circulation Decrease muscle tension When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find me enjoying time with my family or working on a creative project—whether it’s baking, gardening, or calligraphy. I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel your best!

Barefoot massage is a deep, flowing bodywork technique where the therapist uses their feet to deliver broad, consistent pressure. Ideal for relieving chronic tension, improving circulation, and promoting relaxation, this treatment targets large muscle groups with precision and control. Perfect for those who prefer deeper work without discomfort.
