I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB). I love learning how connected the body is, and I enjoy working with clients to achieve balance by working with their specific needs. Every body is unique, and every massage should be tailored to accommodate your unique situation and goals. I am continuing my education in order to keep learning new techniques and skills that will help my clients feel their best. I trained in Swedish and deep tissue massage, but I especially enjoy doing an integrated massage, which incorporates a variety of modalities and techniques depending on what is needed in that session. During my intake and assessment with you, Ill ask questions to find out what you are looking for in a massage. And afterwards, Ill check in with you to see how you are feeling and if we need to make any adjustments for your future sessions.
