Jake completed his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Camosun College to set the foundation for Physiotherapy training in the future. He believes in building the confidence of his clients through education and progressive movement. Prior to starting with Fix, Jake received his NSCA-CPT personal training designation and through this work as a strength coach, developed a keen interest and excellence in helping clients rehabilitate from injury, particularly those pertaining to the shoulder and spine. When Jake is not working you might find him hiking through the woods or in the gym lifting weights.
