Taylor graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. Driven by her passion for using movement as medicine, she helps her clients achieve their goals and find joy in movement. Taylor has experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, from toddlers to seniors, including those with intellectual and physical disabilities. During her time in active rehab, she has helped a wide range of individuals recovering from complex conditions such as vestibular issues, chronic pain, and motor vehicle injuries. Her main goal is to collaborate with clients and address the root cause of discomfort, not just the symptoms. Through safe movement and education, she fosters a deeper connection between the mind and body, ensuring clients return to their daily lives with comfort and confidence. In her spare time, Taylor loves playing sports, exploring new restaurants around the city, or relaxing with a good book.

Kinesiology Initial

If you are new to our clinic, this is a session of dedicated one-on-one time with your Kinesiologist. During this time the physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment and begin your customized treatment plan. If you are booking for a minor (18 years or under), a parent or guardian must be present during their appointment.
