I completed my massage training at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2018. When struggling with crippling shin spints in grade and high school, I learned how effective massage could be, but hadn’t considered it as a career until later in life. When exploring college options, I found an intriguing program in Lincoln, NE, where I received a Bachelor’s degree in International Rescue and Relief Medicine. I began working as an EMT, focusing on emergency medicine, then got my associates degree in paramedicine. In my massage work, I love to mix deep tissue, stretching, and cupping with a sprinkle of table Thai. My goal is to provide a relaxing experience while getting to the source of pain for effective results. I also practice Swedish and prenatal massages. I am so excited to continue in this career and to learn so many more modalities in the future. Some of the things that keep me active and loving life are my friends, my pitbull Grandpa, crafting, traveling, spinning poi, dirt biking, softball, snowboarding, seeing live music and going to the river every chance I get.
