I am a graduate of Indiana College of Bodywork Modalities with over 2,300 hours of training in Therapeutic Massage, Medical Massage and Energy Therapies. The training included therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage massage and Reiki. I also taught massage therapy in Columbus, IN for 5 years. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being out in nature (mountains are my favorite), hiking, reading and photography, just to name a few.
