Massage
A customized foot and/or hand reflexology session tailored to your specific needs and wellness goals, that also includes an aromatherapy scalp massage plus one area of the body to focus on for massage (neck, shoulders, back, legs, etc). According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, reflex areas of your feet or "zones" correspond to different parts on the body. When stimulated, reflexology can benefit these various organ systems. Modern research indicates that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep.
