Samantha grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. Shortly after obtaining a degree in Commerce from the University of Alberta, she became a certified yoga instructor. Through years of exploration in her yoga practice, she became inspired to further her understanding in the relationship between the mind, body and health. As a natural progression, Samantha completed the Acupuncture diploma program with Kootenay Columbia College in Nelson, B.C. She is a registrant in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia (CTCMA). She is passionate about holistic healing and helping patients optimize their health. She is committed to providing a safe and natural relief for pain and stress. A variety of modalities are used to effectively help her patients. Treatments may include body acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion and tuina (Chinese massage).
