Kingsley is a dedicated physiotherapist who earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, following a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University. His journey into physiotherapy was inspired by his own experiences as a national badminton athlete, where he encountered numerous injuries. His passion for the field grew as he served as a vital member of both McMaster and University of Toronto’s Varsity badminton teams, contributing to their silver and gold victories at the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) championships. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as a student therapist at McMaster University for two years, assisting athletes in their recovery from various musculoskeletal injuries. Kingsley is committed to providing client-centred care, developing personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals. He emphasizes the importance of education, self-care, and injury prevention, using a blend of exercise rehabilitation, acupuncture, and manual therapy to deliver individualized, evidence-based care. Outside of his professional life, Kingsley enjoys weight training at the gym and engaging in sports like badminton, golf, and spikeball. He also loves exploring new cafes and bubble tea spots around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
