That's why I call my practice Birch Family Massage: I want to be part of your whole family's wellness care. My style of massage is therapeutic work that both relaxes the receiver and relieves muscle pain and stress. I have had extensive training and experience working with maternity clients, including prenatal, high-risk, and post-delivery individuals. I look forward to sharing my massage skills with you and helping you to feel wonderful!
Each session is customized to your current needs and preferred style of massage, including pregnancy and postnatal. Pressure can range from gentler to firmer work. You will decide with your therapist where you want your work to focus: pain relief, stress reduction, relaxation, etc.
