I am the owner of Head to Sole Massage. Kona's only mobile chair massage. I officially started this journey in September 2016 as a second career. I have been working toward this for many years after massage helped me heal after an injury. Massage has come to mean a lot to me and helping the people that I meet means even more. Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a great way to reduce edema, treat auto immune diseases and promote healing. It is a very light stretching of the skin that moves the lymph fluids so they can rejuvenate the body. The 50-minute session is all MLD, the 90-minute session consists of 45 minutes of massage and 45 minutes of MLD
