Kim completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Western University. A lifelong learner, she continues to educate herself with post-graduate courses in orthopaedics, pelvic health, clinical pilates, and intramuscular needling (IMS)/dry needling. She has specific training in pelvic, hip and low back pain, pregnancy and perinatal care, cesarean births, abdominal strengthening, incontinence and urgency symptoms, and pelvic organ prolapse. Whether you are getting back into your favourite activity or planning a physical adventure, she wants to help you care for yourself. She enjoys working with people who are interested in learning more about their body. She uses a whole-person perspective, taking into consideration the multi-facted nature of every injury. Her sessions include ongoing guidance, tailored and intentional exercise programming alongside IMS and manual therapy. She is passionate about finding the root of your concerns to get you feeling better and back to doing the things you love. Outside the clinic, you can find Kim winding down in a yoga class, taking a pilates class, rock climbing, or hiking in the North Shore mountains.
