Alli grew up on a farm in the small town of Bow Island, Alberta, where her love for movement and physical activity first began. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University before earning her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. During her time at StFX, Alli spent two years working with the university’s football team, gaining hands-on experience in athlete care and rehabilitation. She also conducted research on the impact of virtual environment training on U Sports quarterbacks, further deepening her understanding of movement and performance optimization. With a background in fitness and a lifelong passion for sports - especially volleyball and basketball - Alli understands that movement looks different for everyone. She focuses on creating individualized treatment plans that empower clients to regain confidence in their bodies, combining education, manual therapy, and functional exercises to support their recovery. She is committed to making rehab an approachable and engaging process, helping clients move and feel their best. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Alli staying active on the court, exploring the outdoors, or seeking out the best dessert spots in the city.
