Courtney is an Okanagan local, raised in Kelowna and now calling Vernon home. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC in 2013 and went on to earn a Master’s in Physical Therapy at UBC in 2016. Courtney has advanced training in functional dry needling and acupuncture, as well as additional certifications in vestibular rehabilitation (vertigo/dizziness), visceral manipulation and manual therapy. She practices using The Integrated Systems Model, an approach that links past injuries, posture, and movement habits to current injuries or conditions to provide a comprehensive understanding of the body. Recently, she began training in craniosacral therapy and is completing her somatic experiencing practitioner certification. Courtney is passionate about creating a safe, healing space for her clients and is deeply committed to offering craniosacral and somatic therapies to support their healing journey.

60 mins Initial Physio Assessments are for clients new to the clinic or for returning clients with a new injury or that have not been to the clinic in over 6 months. We do not have a contract with WorkSafeBC, and are not accepting clients with an active WorkSafeBC claim.
