Emma is passionate about working with the human body and using massage therapy as a tool to deepen body awareness and facilitate healing. With over a decade of experience in the field, she continuously finds inspiration in her work and is committed to expanding her knowledge. Her area of focus has been in pain science, movement education, nervous system regulation and trauma. Emma believes in the power of massage therapy to aid in alleviating pain, improve posture and function, regulate the nervous system, and foster a felt sense of safety and ease. In her treatments she blends her anatomical knowledge with intuitive touch incorporating a variety of techniques with an emphasis on deep focused work in conjunction with relaxation and guided breath and body awareness. Her goal is to meet you where you are and find the approach that works best for you. Emma strives to educate and empower her clients to take an active role in their healing journey.
