Hi, my name is Traci, I am a licensed massage therapist. I have been practicing massage therapy since graduating from the massage program at Lane Community College in 2019. Ive learned how to listen and let the subtle cues of the body determine how I can be of service in someone's healing process. I have always been interested in learning about the body and mind and discovering natural ways to facilitate healing. When I was younger I would give family members shoulder massages and received amazing feedback. This has always stuck with me and has guided me to this career. Iintegratehealing massage with the goal of helping people achieve physical and emotional wellness through therapeutic massage. I have developed my business to be a neutral and safe environment for all. I specialize in several modalities including classic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and berry method. My intention in each massage is to listen and personalize your session based on your expectations.
Therapeutic Touch uses an integration of multiple modalities and focuses on long slow strokes to help you achieve relaxation, ease muscle tension and promote other health benefits. This can be a full body massage or focus on a few problem areas.
