Prior to physiotherapy, she earned a Master of Science in Technology and Health on scholarship at the University of Strasbourg. She has clinical experience supporting individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, post-operative recovery, neurological rehabilitation, and falls prevention, and has worked with both pediatric and geriatric populations. Phoebe has completed Level 1 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program and is interested in pursuing further education in orthopaedics and vestibular rehabilitation. She also leads adapted exercise programs for post-injury clients, as well as for those with visual impairments, stroke survivors, neurodivergent children, and older adults. This diverse experience has shaped her focus on movement quality, injury recovery, and long-term physical resilience. Phoebe takes a client-centered, evidence-based approach, combining manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, patient education, and therapeutic modalities to help clients build confidence, achieve their goals, and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
