I am a holistically-minded Licensed Massage Therapist located in Onalaska, TX.After graduating from IBMC College in Fort Collins, CO in early 2015, I worked for Massage Envy in Loveland where I introduced many people to my unique therapeutictechnique. My training inmassage stylesincluding Swedish, intelligentdeep tissue techniques, neuromuscular technique, shiatsu, acupressure, reflexology, sports massage, injury recovery, and rehabilitation. That being said, I dont perform generic massages, nor do I give "pleasure pain". I blend my Western training with Eastern techniques and philosophy via the use ofsubtle body (energetic) therapiesto help achieve body/mind/spirit balance and unity. My massage sessions aretypically therapeutic and relaxing in nature, and always goal-oriented. If ones mentality is It has to hurt to be beneficial, then I am here to change that. The deep tissue techniquesthat I useallow for great muscular release without the painful invasiveness that deep tissue massage is typically known for. I tune in to YOU, as a body AND person. My style of massage is slow and methodical, penetrating tissue deeply and comfortably, promoting quicker recovery without the unnecessary soreness.
