10 Tami Cres, Grimsby, ON, L3M 4W3

Born and raised in beautiful Squamish BC, I made my way to Nova Scotia for my education where I graduated with a Bachelor in Kinesiology from Acadia in 2006, and from Dalhousie with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2008. I arrived in Ontario to continue with post-graduate training in manual therapy and have completed all intermediate levels, and am now working towards further specialization with the Myofascial Release technique. Since 2008 I have practiced in a variety of settings from orthopedic private practice, to home care, school health and even the chronic pain management program. I ultimately found that I was most fulfilled in a setting in which I could work one on one with patients and focus on my love of functional anatomy and muscle re-education. I look forward to continuing to offer such services to the Grimsby area!
