She completed her Massage Therapy training in 2000 and is licensed in Florida and Indiana. Her training as a Certified Fitness Instructor and in Corrective Exercise has deepened her understanding and application of physiology, as a Reiki Master/Teacher she brings a calm, grounded presence to any environment, and she offers deep, profound healing as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Practitioner.
