From her early years as a pediatric physiotherapist in India to her current practice in Canada, Vaishali Trivedi’s journey has always been rooted in one belief: movement has the power to heal and transform lives. With over 15 years of experience, Vaishali has guided patients through every stage of life - from helping children overcome developmental challenges to supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and complex pelvic health concerns. Her advanced training with the Canadian Pelvic Health Academy and Pelvic health solutions, she has shaped her expertise in treating incontinence, prolapse, vaginismus, and sexual health issues, making her a trusted advocate for women’s wellness. But her care doesn’t stop there. Vaishali brings the same dedication to patients recovering from sports injuries, workplace ( WCB) or motor vehicle accidents ( ICBC) , TMJ disorders, and vertigo. She integrates evidence-based techniques like IMS/dry needling, shockwave therapy, laser therapy, and the McKenzie Method with her signature movement-based, hands-on approach. Fluent in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and able to connect in Punjabi and Marathi, Vaishali builds genuine relationships with her patients. She is known not only for her knowledge but also for her warmth, empathy, and ability to make patients feel empowered in their recovery. Outside the clinic, Vaishali finds joy in dancing, yoga, travelling, and spending time with her family—reminders of the balance she also strives to bring into the lives of those she cares for.
