Steven received his massage therapy diploma from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2021 after graduating from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor of Kinesiology: Exercise Science option in 2016. Steven is a local Taekwon-Do instructor teaching in Pitt Meadows since 2018 and training since 1999. Steven’s previous experiences include working as a practicing kinesiologist, personal trainer, aqua fitness instructor, swim instructor and lifeguard. Steven has a keen eye when performing physical assessments to determine the correct strategy during massage treatments. As an experienced kinesiologist, Steven can quickly identify any barriers during exercise prescription and help patients become active participants in their recovery. Steven is still an active competitor in Taekwon-Do, performing in local provincial and national level tournaments. He also enjoys weightlifting and fitness in general. On the weekends, Steven enjoys cooking at home and choosing an appropriate wine pairing.
