Lauren completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2025, after earning her Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC in 2020. Born and raised in Yellowknife, she is passionate about giving back to the community that shaped her. Lauren believes strongly in the power of movement as medicine and is dedicated to supporting people in returning to the activities they love most. She brings a holistic, client-centred approach to care and has clinical experience across a variety of settings, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys running, cross-country skiing, or exploring the trails with her dog, Gordie.
