Dr. Sean Maxwell graduated with Magna cum laude from the Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2003. Since then, he has accumulated a wealth of experience throughout his 23 professional years. Dr. Maxwell’s extensive clinical experience has developed through his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, over 5 years of teaching (human dissection, neuroanatomy, and neuropathology), as a trainer for amateur sports teams (ranging from lacrosse to soccer), and through his sports and MVA injuries. In addition, Dr. Maxwell has been part of several integrated health teams working with professional athletes from the CFL, NFL, Lacrosse, and US Pro Surf Tour. After 40 years of soccer, he now coaches development soccer at Coastal Football Club. His efforts have also been recognized over the years as a three-time recipient of the Surrey Leaders Top Chiropractor of the Year award! What to expect when you see Dr. Maxwell? An honest, proactive hands-on approach. Therapy usually involves movement through manipulation, mobilization, modalities, and injury-specific exercise. Additional supportive techniques such as taping and gait analysis are used as needed.
