I am a passionate artist! I create pictures with words and I create space in bodies. I love the English language (as it is my primary verbal communication) and I am obsessed with making it a game. Being playful with words led to me taking on the role of Poet in my community. Before long, I was reciting my own work and traveling to far off places to practice them in front of other people. I have since taken a break from performing poetry to perform my other favorite art, that of healing the body. I have been a licensed practitioner of massage for the past 4 years, certified for 8, and practicing on friends and family for over 20 years! I love making space for others to exist in their body, helping stave off pain, and it brings me great joy to be a conduit for healing. Creating a space for others to relax, feel comfortable in their skin and just let go of all the extra stress is part of my calling as an artist. Come and bear witness to the healing your own body is capable of, and learn a few things about language and the world and yourself.
