Stephanie is passionate about helping others move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT), she is currently practicing as a bodyworker while preparing to complete her final board exams this August. With a background in personal training since 2019, Stephanie combines her knowledge of movement and recovery to support clients in relieving pain, restoring function, and improving overall well-being. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized care so every client can feel their absolute best.
Lymphatic Drainage - helps to remove waste products and toxins, improve circulation, and boost the immune system. It is often used to reduce swelling (edema), aid in post-surgical recovery, and improve overall well-being. A bodyworker is a massage therapy student currently completing schooling to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Non-registered massage is offered at a reduced rate which is a great option for those with no insurance coverage or those who have used up their benefits for the year. Because a bodyworker is not registered, the treatment is not covered by extended benefits.
