Eden graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2016. Over the years she has built an evidence-based practice that blends well with her natural intuition and drive for patient-centred care. Eden’s practice style leans towards deep tissue massage and myofascial release. She is passionate about providing support and education to empower her patients with the knowledge that they play a vital role in their own health. Also a clinical instructor in the massage therapy program at Camosun College, Eden is privileged to help guide massage therapy students as they embark on their own careers in health. In her personal life Eden enjoys lifting weights, hanging out with her teenaged son - when he allows it - or begging her cat to stop clawing up the underside of her couch. So far she is unsuccessful.
