Kendra studied in Quebec and received her Diploma of Osteopathy from the College D’Études Ostéopathiques of Montreal after six years of intensive training. Her use of gentle manual techniques to restore circulation, neurological activity and mobility can help diminish pain by finding and addressing the underlying cause of the problem, not just treating the symptoms. This global approach to health assesses the whole body to find and explain the source of pain and to propose long-term solutions. Kendra works on a wide range of physical and physiological dysfunctions, including joint and muscle pain, neurological pain, headaches, TMJ, digestive and respiratory problems. She has experience working with pregnant women and women’s’ health issues; she also has specialized training and experience working with infants and babies. Kendra also has specialized cranial osteopathic training, offering a highly effective approach for people suffering from headaches and migraines, high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, emotional or psychological distress, and head injuries.
