Mike Sprinkle is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their quality of life. He takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to every session, combining therapeutic deep tissue work, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular therapy as needed to address each clients specific goals. Mike enjoys working with a wide variety of clients including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, experiencing acute or chronic pain, dealing with headaches, neck and back pain, or simply looking to move and feel better. He believes massage is most effective when it’s integrated with chiropractic care, exercise, and other evidence-based treatments to support long-term health and function.
