A Perfect Balance

Massage has been part of my life since I was a child. I actually was given money in elementary school to massage family and friends. When I was 20 years old I received my first professional massage and it was a wonderful experience: the massage was fabulous, the atmosphere was calming and a special client / therapist bond was formed. While I was in the prone position on the massage table I said to myself, " I want to do this...". The following week I signed up at The National Holistic Institute and graduated in 1998 as a Certified Massage Therapist. I love to give a massage that brings deep comfort to aches and pains because the body opens up, energy flows, and the world is better! Last year, I became an esthetician and I am folding facials into my practice. I enjoy balancing the skin with chemicals from plants, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to beautify and strengthen the skin barrier. Over the years I have learned the importance of Holistic Health and that people are a sum of their experiences and lifestyle and with that simple knowledge I believe there is the power to bring balance into our mind, body, and spirit by making healthy decisions on what we eat, how we move and what we think.

Foot Reflexology
GeneralFoot

Foot Reflexology is the map of our body: there are 7,000 + nerves and 6 meridians that connect to particular organs and if that wasn't enough there are 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than a hundred muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the foot. The entire body benefits by foot massage applied with the intention to address all the zones. To cleanse the feet, I apply a Salt scrub with therapeutic essential oils, then wrap heated towels in preparation for your Foot Reflexology session.
