Simrat graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2023, after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Douglas College in 2019. His clinical experience across both Australia and Canada has shaped a well-rounded, practical approach to physiotherapy. Originally from Surrey, BC, Simrat developed a passion for human movement through competitive soccer. His own journey managing and recovering from sports injuries sparked a deep interest in the rehabilitation process and inspired his path in physiotherapy. Simrat’s treatment philosophy combines hands-on therapy, personalized exercise programs, and clear, goal-oriented education. He enjoys working with individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, tailoring care to support each person’s unique needs and goals. Outside the clinic, Simrat stays active by playing sports, working out, and spending quality time with his family.
