I truly don't know when my thirst for knowledge of the mind, body, and spirit connection began, but i think it was in the womb. I first was reiki certified in 1993, I then began my bodyworks studies in 2005 at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and I became a New York State licensed massage therapist in 2006, Since then I have practiced and done thousands of massages. I also had the honor of being a hands on instructor for about 5 years. I love my work and hope you will to. Whether you are in serious pain from injuries or just need to let stressors go I can help.
