60 minutes is great for either concentrating on a few target areas or receiving a generalized full-body relaxing massage. I combine Swedish massage with a variety of deep tissue and myofascial techniques, while incorporating stretching to create a completely customized experience based your medical conditions, wellness needs, and goals. Hot Stones, Gua Sha, and Cupping Therapy is (optionally) included.
