Welcome to Reengineered MT! I’m J, Owner of Reengineered Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapy. After graduating with honors from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy, I continued pursuing advanced education and completed my Manual Osteopathic Therapist Deisgination. Throughout my journey, I’ve remained committed to continual growth, ongoing education, and refining my approach to whole-body care. Before entering Holistic healthcare, I spent over 10 years serving in Law Enforcement. During that time, I discovered something that ultimately changed the direction of my life — a deep passion for helping others through healing, recovery, and human connection. Over the past year alone, I’ve had the privilege of providing more than 1,700 hours of hands-on Manual Osteopathic clinical care through my practice, working with individuals across all stages of life from infants to geriatric care. I’ve supported clients experiencing chronic pain, injury recovery, mobility restrictions, nervous system-related patterns, and complex presentations that often require looking beyond isolated symptoms. I’ve always been drawn to understanding the bigger picture. Our bodies carry stories shaped by injuries, stress, repetitive patterns, adaptations, and life experiences. I’m passionate about identifying those patterns and helping uncover connections that may otherwise appear unrelated. As a trauma-informed practitioner, creating a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment remains central to my approach. Using assessment, hands-on manual therapy, myofascial techniques, osteoarticulations, cranial work, visceral approaches, and nervous system-focused care, my goal is to support the body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and move toward greater balance and function. Whether you’re seeking support with chronic pain, recovery, mobility, stress management, or overall wellness, I’m here to support you and your family through every stage of your health journey. Thank you for trusting me with your care — I look forward to being part of your journey. Direct billing is available with most major insurers.

Manual Osteopathic Therapy – Initial Assessment + Treatment (90 min)

Your body carries a story — shaped by stress, injuries, accidents, repetitive patterns, physical strain, and life experiences. Sometimes those patterns can appear as chronic pain, tension, restricted movement, nervous system overwhelm, or simply feeling like something is “off.” Manual Osteopathic Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that does not force the body to change. Instead, it listens to what the body is communicating and creates the conditions for it to naturally unwind, restore balance, and move toward better function. The body has an incredible ability to adapt, regulate, and heal. When the body's systems are functioning in greater balance and alignment, its natural capacity for healing and restoration can be better supported. Treatment may support: • Chronic pain and tension patterns • Nervous system regulation and stress-related holding patterns • Mobility restrictions and compensation patterns • Injury and post-accident recovery • Headaches, posture, and movement concerns • Whole-body balance, function, and well-being Your body already knows what it needs — we're here to listen. Techniques may include: • Osteoarticulations Gentle joint mobilization techniques designed to improve biomechanics, restore mobility, and support optimal function of joints and surrounding structures. • Advanced Myofascial Release Hands-on techniques focused on addressing restrictions within the fascial system — the connective tissue network that surrounds, supports, and interconnects muscles, organs, nerves, and other body structures. • Craniosacral Therapy A subtle manual approach focused on the relationship between the cranium, spine, sacrum, and central nervous system. Treatment aims to support balance within the body's systems and optimize the movement and dynamics of cerebrospinal fluid. • Manual Lymphatic Drainage Gentle rhythmic techniques intended to support lymphatic circulation, fluid movement, and the function of the lymphatic system, including lymphatic pathways and lymph nodes. • Visceral Manipulation Hands-on techniques directed toward improving the mobility and relationship of internal organs and surrounding tissues, recognizing the influence these structures may have on posture, movement, and overall body function. Together, these approaches recognize the body as an interconnected system where structure, mobility, circulation, fluid dynamics, and nervous system function all influence overall health and well-being.
