Romina graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biomedical Physiology, with a concentration in Active Rehabilitation. She has gained diverse clinical experience working in both multidisciplinary and specialized rehabilitation settings. Romina has worked with orthopaedic populations in private practice, where she also ran concussion assessments for youth lacrosse teams across the Lower Mainland. Her neurological rehabilitation background includes supporting individuals with stroke, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, concussion, and autism. She is Level 3 Parkinson’s Warrior certified and licensed through RESPTREC as a respiratory educator, with experience delivering respiratory rehabilitation programs. Romina also has a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, having worked as a coach and earning her Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 & 2 certifications. She is passionate about combining evidence-based rehabilitation with functional training to help clients achieve meaningful improvements in their health and quality of life. Outside the clinic, Romina practices martial arts, particularly Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Her passion for self-defense extends into the community, where she leads women’s and children’s self-defense seminars throughout the Lower Mainland. She is dedicated to empowering her clients with knowledge, skills, and confidence both inside and outside of the clinic.
