Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Peña studied Nutrition, Health, and Society from Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge. While at LSU, he stayed active both academically and athletically—competing with the LSU club baseball team and serving in leadership roles within the university’s Greek Life. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Peña moved to Dallas, Texas, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University. His training includes a variety of techniques such as Diversified and Gonstead methods, Flexion-Distraction, soft tissue manipulation, and he is certified in Dry Needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Dr. Peña is passionate about health, fitness, and community. He remains active in the Dallas area by playing in local baseball leagues and has coached group fitness classes at gyms throughout the DFW metroplex. His approach to care is rooted in helping patients achieve lasting results—combining hands-on techniques with a deep understanding of movement and wellness to support long-term healing and performance.
