Conor (he/him) was born and raised in beautiful Victoria, BC. He completed his undergraduate degree with honours in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria before pursuing his Master of Physical Therapy degree at Western University in London, Ontario. Conor uses a patient-centered approach to his care, which allows your goals to drive the therapeutic process. He believes in tailoring treatment plans to everyone’s unique needs, ensuring that patients actively participate in their recovery journey. Not only does this approach maximize recovery potential, but also creates a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. With a deep-rooted belief in evidence-based practice, Conor aims to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in physiotherapy to enhance your rehabilitation experience. He uses a multi-modal approach to treatment, which includes manual therapy, functional movement, and education. Conor’s goal is to help you regain capabilities that may have been lost. In his free time, Conor enjoys being active. He regularly participates in triathlons and running races, but also enjoys skiing, surfing, and hiking. Aside from exercise, Conor enjoys spending time with friends and family, along with dining around the great selection of restaurants around Victoria.
